New to campus comes the UCC Marketplace. Open seven days a week, this food court-style location contains not only fan favorites such as Grill Nation and Sono, but also some new additions to our Stevens dining family.

Grill Nation is a fresh, contemporary brand with a bold and playful personality. Customers can choose their type of patty and all desired components, including buns, cheeses, toppings, and sauces. At Grill Nation, customers are given full creative control of their meals. Our customizable burger menu offers a long list of premium ingredients, allowing for numerous combinations. At Sono, we celebrate Latin American cuisine by combining different ingredients and cooking styles. The concept speaks to delicious Latin American cuisine that is simple and fresh. You are given full creative control of your meal at Sono, allowing for numerous combinations. Choose between tacos, burritos, ensaladas, rice bowls and quesadillas. We can then add desired components such as freshly prepared proteins, toppings, and salsas.
