Mobile Ordering- To avoid long lines mobile ordering through Grubhub is available at all Stevens Dining Locations. Order ahead from anywhere and have your food ready and waiting for you by the time you get to the dining hall.
Delivery- Get your favorites from the comfort of your room or office. Stevens Dining is now offering delivery from all locations throughout campus for a small fee.

Grubhub Dining Dollars- A new innovative feature added to the meal plan that can be used on campus and at any participating Grubhub Vendor in your area. These were previously known as premium swipes, but now they can be used anywhere. The options are endless.

Stevens Dining has been honed to fit all guest’s needs. Incorporating local businesses into our dining plan, New Jersey produces into our Exhibition station, and menus that highlight plant-based proteins have garnered positive feedback from guests. Not only do we get a view of the New York City skyline but a trend-focused menu
Throughout the stations, with a variety of healthy snacks, fruits, and baked goods, our guests can dine based on plentiful choices. Understanding you could get bored of any restaurant, we incorporate weekly and monthly features to give a change of pace in the all-you-can-eat dining room. We allow meal exchanges in all of our retail locations, food trucks, and even privately owned businesses in the Hoboken Community. With 119 operating hours per week and 235 service days, we work diligently to be fresh, unique, and delicious.
These Stations include and are not limited to: Build your Omelette station, Pizza, Build your Pasta, Exhibition station, Deli, Salad Bar, Comfort Line, Rotisserie Line, Grill, G8 (allergen friendly room), and dessert. Our residential dining hall guests have the option to visit Pierce Café for a select line of drinks from Peet’s Coffee included in their meal. You are also able to order from our full retail menu which includes a full line of Peet’s espresso drinks, hot and iced coffees, bottled beverages, sandwiches, and snacks. Colonel Johns has a unique duo location that includes specialty burgers from Grill Nation and Latin-inspired flavors from Sono.

Halal Stall- Enjoy healthy delicious food on your table without the guilt. Cultivated through a lifetime of exquisite and authentic Afghan cuisine The Halal Shack combines the best of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors with a classic American spin for an experience that can only be described as pure deliciousness.
Piccola Italia- From the garden to the oven, Piccola Italia will keep you coming. Reducing the distance and time food spends on its journey from the soil to the plate is the benchmark for all Italian chefs. Buying the freshest, the peak of the season produce is a habit that is closely observed for every meal. Piccola Italia stations include authentic Italian dishes such as Flatbreads, calzones, sandwiches, pasta, and more!
Starbucks®– Need a study break? Come on down to America’s Cup! Located on the first floor of the Samuel C. Williams Library; America’s Cup is the perfect place to relax with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Here we proudly serve Starbucks Coffee and an array of decadent pastries. Our full-time dietitian fosters an environment with the tools essential for a healthy diet and assists students in meeting individual dietary needs. Designed to have a broad impact on the entire campus community, our Nutrition Services are led by nationally accredited Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist Karly O’Brien, MS, RDN. Karly specializes in food allergies, culinary and sports nutrition, and weight management with a passion for educating others on the topics of food, nutrition, and overall wellness.

G8 Station-Allergen Friendly Dining
Available in the Pierce Dining Hall (Room to the left in the entrance). This station includes a balanced, rotating menu, prepared and cooked without the use of the eight major allergens (Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Soy) + Gluten. The mission of this station is to meet the dining before food allergies, sensitivities, and other dietary restrictions in a controlled, safe environment.
