Our goal for Pierce Dining Hall’s ever-changing menu was to develop a dynamic, nutritionally balanced dining program, while also enhancing our current daily offerings to the campus community. Combining our knowledge and experience in food service, we implemented a mix of interactive dining stations and traditional full-service stations into our station design and floor plan. The mixture of these interactive and traditional dining stations allows members to choose from a wide selection of ingredients, within a diverse mix of station concepts. Our chefs prepare a variety of dishes that include gluten-free, halal, vegan, and vegetarian selections. Stevens Dining recipes are specifically crafted as lower in sugar, fat, and sodium. Members can choose to prepare the food themselves or with the help of an employee. The menus at our traditional full-service stations have a unique flare of their own, and in the hands of our skilled chefs, transform the standard fare into uniquely exceptional meals.

Stevens Dining has implemented Meatless Mondays into the dining menus! Take the next step with us towards more sustainable eating, by ordering from our Plant-Forward Monday Menus! Our menus focus on plant-based or blended protein choices, whole grains, and seasonal vegetables. And don’t forget about our “Meatless Monday” deli specials, featuring some of our student’s favorite sandwiches, like the Impossible™ burger and vegan gyros!

Every Friday, we partner with a local sushi restaurant, Mei Hibachi, in Hackensack, NJ to offer a complete selection of sushi rolls at our Exhibition Station in Pierce Dining Hall from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
In Pierce Dining Hall every Saturday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, we offer an array of steak house favorites, like beer battered onion rings, potatoes au gratin, macaroni and cheese, and sautéed mushrooms.
In Pierce Dining Hall every Sunday from 11:30 am-3:30 pm, we offer Sunday Brunch. We provide a variety of go-to classic breakfast favorites while mixing up our regular menu for more fun and creative options. A perfect example of this is our build-your-own breakfast taco bar!
