Mobile Ordering

 Order your food from anywhere on campus and we will get working on it right away. When it is ready for pick up, we will send a notification to your phone! Stevens Dining is now offering delivery throughout campus. Get your favorites from the comfort of your room or office. However, there will be a small delivery fee attached to the order. This can be paid with either Duckbills, Grubhub Dining Dollar, or a credit/debit card.

Technical Difficulties

Please make sure that Grubhub is updated with the latest version of the app and if that doesn’t work; delete and reinstall the app. If you continue to experience these issues feel free to talk to a manager, send us a chattback, or send us an email at dining@stevens.edu and we will try to accommodate/resolve the issue to the best of our abilities. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  1. How do I know my balance?
    • So you can look up your balance on the card office online portal. Just sign into your account and you will be able to see your balance.
  2. How do I use a meal swipe?
    • When ordering from a location, Grubhub will ask you if you will be using the regular or the meal exchange menu. The regular menu is meant for either Debit, Credit, Duckbills, or Grubhub Dining Dollars. The Meal Exchange menu will be charged as a meal exchange in accordance with your meal plan.
  3. How do I pay for a snack swipe through Grubhub?
    • Under the meal exchange menu, you will find a section labeled “Snack Swipe”. Under this page all of the snack swipe options that correspond to that location will pop up. When you check out, it will be charged as a snack swipe.
  4. How do I budget my meal plan?
    • Budgeting your meal plan is however you want it to be. Grubhub Dining Dollars and Duckbills can always be added to your account as needed. Freshman have the tera bite plan which should get you breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. At the end of the day, budgeting is up to the owner of the meal plan.
  5. Am I limited in the number of swipes I can use in a day?
    • No, however many swipes you want to use in one day is up to you. If you wanted you could use 100 Snack Swipes in one day, but that would mean they are gone for the rest of the semester, so budgeting is going to come in handy here. If you decide not to use any swipes in a day, you don’t lose them either. Just keep in mind that they will not roll over into the next semester.
  6. What is the difference between Grubhub Dining Dollars and Duckbills?
    • Grubhub Dining Dollars can be used at any Dining location on campus as well as any and every Grubhub vendor. Duckbills can also be used at on campus dining locations as well as other locations such as the bookstore. For More information on Duckbill Click here
  7. Why is my app taking so long to download
    • For mobile ordering to work at its full potential, you must have the most up to date version of the app. If this does not work, delete and reinstall the app. If you are still experiencing any trouble with your app email us at dining@stevens.edu
